Gli Amon Amarth faranno uscire il loro ottavo album intitolato "Surtur Rising" che uscirà il 25 marzo per Metal Blade.

Il disco è stato registrato e mixato presso i Fascination Street Studios di Örebro (Svezia), mentre la copertina è stata realizzata da Tom Thiel.
